We had a wonderful experience with Cycling The Camino. Alberto provided us with very reliable bikes and helped us getting ready for doing the camino from Porto to Santiago, Finisterre and Muxía. I highly reconmed this company.

Alberto has been super dedicated and accommodating on every need. This is my third rental with Cycling the Camino and the have always been there for anything i may before, and during the rental period. Such a pleasure to find dedicated passionate people to work with.

I have hired bicycles from this company previously with no problem. Bike arrived with front tire punctured. Got it fixed at local shop where a comment was made about worn tires. Within 10 k back tire was punctured. Got this fixed at another local shop. Again a comment about worn tires. Went along happily for about 200k before another puncture in front tire. Luckily some locals helped me replace inner tube as pump provided didn't work on the schrader adapter. Went to another bike shop to get a spare inner tube where a further comment was made about tires. I did have a couple of falls which I feel the state of the tires contributed (just wet slippery cobbles). I informed Cycle the camino and was reimbursed for repairs but am giving a lower rating as the man would not acknowledge that the state of the tires was a problem. A pity as I think in general the bikes are reasonably well maintained. I think I got a dud but would have appreciated it if the man at the shop had accepted my inconvenience instead of trying to justify the state of the bike.…

Hi, I understand you. Of course we check allí the bikes and tyres and maybe that one had a ver small hole and we did not realized about it. Was our fault and paid for ir, as you said. Regarding the pump, I only show you how to use it and to check that was working, and it does. Anyway, thanks for take your time to review us, your experience permit us to improve the service.
