Good day out

Took my godchildren who are you teenagers but who love animals and animal documentaries. I intended on spending 2 hours and was there the whole day. Absolutely enchanting! The restaurant offers proper food! We had chicken but one of the portions was a bit burnt. It was discounted and the manager only urged us to have mentioned it sooner so... More

This is an Atlantic Sea aquarium. Quite different from others. They have made it very interesting in the way that they have laid out the exhibits. They even feed the seals in front of the visitors. Good sea views. Quite a long walk back to the town.

We came here whilst on a day trip to A Coruna with our baby. A really fantastic aquarium, the best I've been to in Europe. Very reasonable ticket price of €10/adult. Stunning tanks of fish including the huge Nautilus 360 degree tank. Enjoyed seeing the seals but missed feeding time (midday and 17:00). It's a shame the feeding times don't... More

Not worth the 10 euros! I can assure you as someone who goes to the aquarium and seaquarium it was a waste of our time, energy and funds.

Despite this place looking like a gas chamber from the outside, inside is pretty good with a great downstairs aquarium with an array of large fish and sharks in the tank. Upstairs had plenty to do for the kids with interactive things to do and plenty of learning. A shame nothing was in English despite a lot of English tourists... More

I enjoyed the visit to the aquarium. Personally I would enjoy exhibition areas that had more logical flow to it. Some interesting sites and the position of the aquarium is stunning on an amazing coastline.

Lots for children to see and do, with a lovely restaurant. Very good value for money, easy parking. Highly recommended we would go again.

I'm not a fan of aquaria, but this is one of the most unattractive buildings I have ever seen, don't bother.

This aquarium, I think, is more geared toward being an educational site for local schools and such, than to be an attraction in and of itself. It's a noble mission, and I'm glad to support it in that, but on the other hand it's not a must-see sight as you're in A Coruña. English translations are limited to non-existent, if... More
