We came to the rear of the building, fortunately we were spotted from above and asked to go around to the entrance on the other side - thank you Sizable lower ground reception and there is lift to the exhibits on the upper floor. Interesting exhibits, a good way to while away half an hour.

We happened upon this museum which was the home of famous Galician author and intellectual Emilia Pardo Bazan and were glad we made a stop in. The museum recreates several rooms of her home (including her office) in what is now the Real Academia Gallega. It you stop in they will direct you up to the museum, which is free.... More

The house of Emilia Pardo Bazan is very interesting because it shows the life of this famous Spanish writer of the late 19th century and early 20th century. She was a woman ahead of her time.
