We kind of just found this by accident when walking around. Definitely a cool thing to see, so if you have the time, it only takes a little wandering to get a look.

Ok. It’s a rustic, old street with bollards. But, if you like your bollards then you must visit this place. Each one is unique and interesting to look at. What’s not to like?

Well worth a walk along to see the street art on the walls and the decorated posts. Some of the posts have clearly been decorated by artists & others by children. Loved it.

It wouldn't last five minutes in the UK, but somehow a little street in Spain where each pilon has been individually painted just works and is utterly charming. A bit of a find.

This is literally a street within the walls of Tarragona. Really easy to find near the painted house. The posts are all painted differently, definitely worth a look if in the area

This narrow street in Tarragona Old Town is filled with colorful pylons. Every handpainted pylon is different.

How funny to call this a tourist attraction? The pilons are funny, in different colours and you can't miss them in the old town.

A Nice idea this to paint the pilons (bollards to you and me) different colours and styles. It certainly brightens up the street and makes a talking point. That said, this is something to walk through on your way to somewhere else and not really worth seeking out specially.
