Unfortunately we discover that this area of Spain is not so pet friendly. Most of the shopping malls including this one are against dogs ( or to carry them in your arms which is not so convenient unless you have tiny dog ). Big minus for this from our side.

Not quite the size of the metrocentre but lots and lots of different shops over several floors.
Free parking for 1st hour and plenty of parking.

Only a 20 min bus ride from Salou, for a day out in Tarragona and a bit of shopping In park central shopping mall. Unfortunately didn't go the way I planned as whilst in a shop browsing clothing, I was pick pocketed. The only good thing was I split all my money/cards into different belongings and the female only got away with 30euros which sadly was my son's holiday money. However thankfully my uk credit cards were of no interest. They were picked up in the store and kept safe until i went to collect which was amazing as I was expecting never to find my things again. The shop was not even busy, so holiday ladies shopping, be aware of who is around you and keep your things in front of you, across your chest for security to avoid it spoiling a lovely day in a very picturesque city with great food and scenery.

if you come from a civilised country , like France or the uk , don t expect to be treated good in this shopping centre. the stores are awful , very dirty and look very old. but the biggest problem I see is the fact that there is no concept of customer service. all the employees are very rude , they don t smile and basically you feel like in a market.
besides this , there are robberies and there is no security. there is no police available and the guards (vigilancia) are pure rubbish. Also , don t expect to be helped by anyone. I actually saw the girls on the info desk refusing to call the police for a child that got lost. (illegal in most countries)
It s like a 3rd world shop , very cheap and with no customer service what so ever. also there is a supermarket at the lower floor witch is horrible. no pricing s , no help from the employees and absolutely no other way to pay instead of waiting in line at a human till. there are no fast service tills and there is no concept of self service.
the food shops look very unclean and there is a sense in the air (in the WHOLE shopping centre) that if you dare to ask for service you will get an answer like: "if you don t like it , just leave".
Sundays the shop is closed, so don t expect to do any shopping on sundays. the cinema is dubbed in Spanish (bleah) and there are only 2 movies a week on average that you can see in the original language . this is pathetic.
and the worst that I consider , the bathrooms or toilets. HORRIBLE , I would say , something that you will find in a slum in somalia or Eritrea. there was no soap , there is no air conditioning , so the smell is unimaginable... not clean , and all the equipment was broken. it would have been more pleasurable to go on the banks of the river back of the shopping centre.
as a whole , a bad experience. everything is sub standard and there is no feeling like they would like to do better.
PS: I forgot , there is no ATM (first ever I saw a mall without and atm)... the girl on the info desk actually sent me across the street for one. (and she was very serious when I asked how come is possible not to have one in the mall. she gave me the impression that if I ask again I would be cursed at). i was shocked. not to have an atm... you feel helpless and alone.
PS2: I actually saw shops closed during the day. the level of hatred towards the customer is obvious if they are so arrogant to close whole shops in the middle of the day. this is something that I thought would not be possible... to go shopping and the stores to be closed during scheduled hours.

Visited here as part of a day trip on the train from Portaventura with my two kids. Had lunch at one of the many mall cafes, toasties and drinks were the requested items so all good there, service was prompt and friendly. The Centre offers a great variety of stores, a good number of which we have back on the UK High Streets along with other local and European ones. Definately something for everyone. The large supermarket was great and we managed to stock up on some produce to take back home with us very cheaply compared to Salou shops and onsite shop at the Hotel. Well worth the trip. It is quite a walk from the train station, (further than I thought!)so may be worthwhile getting a taxi especially if you have children but did see lots of historical sites in the way and lively wee side streets that we wouldn’t have otherwise. Would recommend.

We always take a bus from salou and visit the centre to pick up some bargains, it has primark now on the ground floor which great, Can spend a good few hours just wondering about and stopping off for coffee, defiantly we’ll work a visit and very easy to find 5 min walk from bus station

Travelled to the shopping centre from Salou and the journey on the bus was quite uncomfortable. Very crowded with practically no air con. The bus was late and the journey time was much longer than had been stated. Had we of known the correct journey time we probably wouldn’t have bothered visiting. We were warned by one of the staff at the bus station to be aware of pickpocketing within the shopping centre. McDonald’s is the only main fast food outlet within the shopping centre and the service within it is very poor. Queue was right out the door and took forever to place your order. Fights were even breaking out over seats which was just pathetic. If you’re close by you might want to visit the centre if the weather is poor, but I wouldn’t be going out of your way to visit, it’s really not worth it.

Hi Jen, we appreciate your comment. At Parc Central we consider it essential to listen to our customers. We take your comment into consideration. Inform you that you can also find more catering on the 1st floor, for example 100Montaditos is another fast food chain where you can have a nice time. A greeting.

Good value clothing... nice places to eat. Got the plan a bus from central salou after buying the t10 ticket. Short walk from bus station. So many warnings about pick pockets at the station from locals. Good they cared. Pull And Bear were v good value. Ok the toilets were rank..... cleaner there but not doing the job right I'm afraid. .. Mr director we need nice smelling toilets, v important. Good security presence and we enjoyed the visit. Toilets let the place down a bit

Not a major range of eateries available here but plenty of shops to keep you entertained and there's even a cinema. A good mix of Spanish fashion chain stores and a big Eroski on the bottom floor

PARQUING.
Abusivo!!!
