We had an amazing afternoon walking tour with Miquel. Girona ended up being one our favorite places in Spain and there are so many things we never would have seen or noticed on our own. I had asked Miquel if he could include the locations where Game of Thrones was filmed on our tour and he did a great job... More

We found Miquel through a website for private and small group tours. He has acquired superior knowledge of the Jewish history in Girona and showed us the bare remains of the area where they used to live. He had anectodal stories about what happened to the Jewish population following the purge of the Jews in Spain. We learned a great... More

Miquel was easy to contact. He picked us up at the train station in Girona, and then drove us to Figueres, where he dropped us off at the Dali Museum as we had requested. He then met us after our museum visit, and suggested a place for lunch in Girona, which was outstanding. He then led us on a 3... More

Miquel was easy to contact in the planning stages of the tour. He was able to pick us up right outside our accommodation in the city of Girona and as soon as we started sharing our interests he matched the content of our tour to suit. I had lived in Catalonia the previous year and wanted to go into more... More

I booked our tour on line with Miquel after reading wonderful reviews on TA. Our day was well planned, unrushed and very informative. Miquel met us at the train station and drove us to Besalu a midieval town with a rich Jewish history. Lunch was at Banyoles Lake, the location of the Olympic rowing competitions and lastly a very informative... More

We hired Miguel from the internet and from past reviews....we were not disappointed at all! We had a great day with Miquel....we had heard that Girona was a fabulous medieval city with a lot of Jewish history- Miquel knew our interests and shared his knowledge of the history with us in an engaging way. He shared many stories of his... More

Miguel was awesome. We saw everything and then some in near 3 hours. We would have never accomplished this on our own. It was worth every penny. We asked to stop and hydrate on a sunny day and they obliged. Do this!!!!

My husband and I wanted to see Girona (a center of Jewish life in the middle ages) and Miguel was a wonderful person to do that with. He is knowledgeable, articulate, and is able to make history come alive. We also went to the Dali Museum...if you think you know all about Salvador Dali, you will be very surprised when... More

We bought a day tour to visit the home town of Dali, that covers Girona as the other attraction. It was a good pleasant surprise. The local guide was elaborate in telling us the stories of this little beautiful town with many historical events. Pretty worth visiting unless you have a guided tour.
