The Arab baths represent an earlier part of history in Girona. They are very well maintained and provide an insight into early life in the city. The entry fees of 2 to 4 euros are well worth the self guided tour through 4 chambers. Good...More

The Arab Baths are easy to miss but worth the 2 Euro entry fee. We did a self guided tour and walked through the rooms in our own time.

Clustered close together in the old town of Girona are many interesting sites, including these Arab baths. It was fascinating to see how the bathes were designed and organized to cleanse travelers arriving at the town. Each of the four rooms had a different function....More

Well preserved, a lot of history. You can visit for €2/person. It's easy to miss it even if all tourists pass by on their way to more famous landmarks. We had a tour guide that told us about the history about the Arabic baths.

A nice little attraction with plenty to see and some interesting ancient plumbing hot water features. It's in the tourist area and you will probably walk right past it so it's worth the 15 minute detour. Good to get some shade as well.

Small but in tact, perfectly formed "turkish" Arab baths. Hot n cold cleanliness that's about 1000 years old, under the imposing walls of the cathedral. Busker outside plays Spanish guitar. Great for closing the eyes n imagining a life before mobiles.

Was a fun little stop after the cathedral in Girona. Costs a couple of Euros per person, and you get to go through the ancient bath house. There are three rooms, supposedly they used to be for cold, mild, and hot experiences. The cold room...More

Small but nicely preserved old medieval baths. The name is not proper since it does not come from the Arab domination period. It is also not a spa (as tripadvisor has labelled it) but a monument. Very cheap and very close to the cathedral, so...More

The ticket costs only around two euros and is totally worth it. The Arabic baths in Girona is a relatively small complex and is now famous also because of Game of Thrones as some scenes were shot here. They are beautiful and give a good...More

Visited mid afternoon when free. Small and can easily see everything with 20 minutes. Interesting and great views from top floor. But not suitable for infirm or those who don't like spiral open metal stairs! Combine with visits to Jewish quarter and Cathedral. Cool on...More

Hello, The visit can takes you about 10 minutes and there's no guide visits. The entrance cost 2€ and it's a free visit. I recomend you to do another activity after or before that like visit the City Walls for example.

Dear Greg, You cannot swim at these baths. This is an archaeological monument and it's only for visiting and get information about it use in the past ages. I hope it will be useful for you to know!
