horrible experience with custom service. signed up for the segway tour of the Gaudí buildings in BCN. on the day of, forecast said it was going to rain and Eugene messaged me asking if I thought it was too dangerous and we should cancel. I cancelled but they said they would NOT refund me the 110,00€ I paid. they literally stole my money. don't trust these people, they'll find any way to trick and rob you.

The training before getting on a Segway was minimal. They are very hard. It ended up being okay. We did the 3 hour tour. 2 hours is enough. The last hour we went up a mountain. The mountain was very steep and I felt very uncomfortable on the Segway. My partner fell off and mine was pushing back on me and I nearly fell off. I ended up running into the tour guide and nocking him off his scooter, the tour guide was so far away when I first started having trouble and I was crying and screaming for help and he couldn’t hear to help. It was very distressing. I feel like it could have been avoided with a better lesson to begin with. The website says you get a lesson, we arrived early and were told to come back on time. When we returned everyone else was already on a Segway and much more confident. The tour guides English was very challenging to understand. He was lovely though.

My husband and I were so excited to do this tour of Barcelona during our honeymoon last week, but unfortunately forecast said it would rain. A gentleman contacted us asking if we would want to cancel for safety, and we said yes. My husband even asked him if we would be refunded. Now, after arriving home back to the USA, we are now told we can't get a refund! What a horrible way to run a business. Not going to work with RobotCity ever again and don't recommend anyone else do so.

We met Julia on the port , very affable and friendly and agreed to go on a trip, there were 3 adults and 3 kids ranging from 70 to 9. We received limited instruction on a road outside there base. When a van proceeded down the road and we were required to move my 70 year old mother in law mounted the curb and fell over into a drain fulll of water, The operators were quick to pick up the segway and leave my mother in law in a pool of water, she could not continue on the trip she was never offered a seat or a glass of water or asked was she ok. The Trip went ahead with one adult and the 3 kids, the kids found it boring and slow and limited on information. On meeting Julia the following day my mother in law proceeded to show her significant bruises on her arm and legs to Julia, her response was that she "Julia" also has bruises and that's life and laughed it off. Very direspectful and uncaring. I would steer clear

The thing is we had a flat tyre, they charge us for 30 Euro and it was not our fault by the way.
They said because you are not paying for the insurance we have to charge you even if it is not my responsibility.
The staff was very rude with me, he really made my day very bad 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I recommend to visit another shop if you don’t want to have a bad day!

We booked the Sagrada Familia Tour of 3 hours to get a peak at the most beautiful attractions in Barcelona. We were only us 2 + the guide on the tour. Our guide Zarina explained us very well each touristic attraction, took some photos for us. She was always very attentive that we were well following and had no issues of some sort. I really recommend this tour!

As we arrived both workers were very nice to us, and were very considerate towards my grandmother that wanted to ride (81 years old) , my grandmother was struggling so our guide (zarina) carried her all through the lane !

Had a blast riding a Segway for the first time. The beginning (training) was a bit intimidating but it did not take long to learn to ride enough that you get much more comfortable over time. Saw lots of areas and the guide, Mario, was very informative and pleasant. Rode a long time and even in the evening. If you want to see a wide area of Barcelona (my first time) you’ll have a blast.

Highly recommend doing this when visiting Barcelona.

Barcelona Segway tour is a must when you are in Barcelona. The experience is just fantastic. We had taken the tour initially for 1 hour but in the first 15 minutes we found out that we should be extending the same and did a 2 hour trip. Our guide Mario was excellent, not to forget that he is an excellent photographer too. It was a superb experience and highly recommend it

How old do you need to be to drive a Segway?

I remember the guide at Robot City telling me there's no specific age and this is what I found on google:
"There are no minimum age restrictions, however riders have to be at least 134cm tall and over 45kg (7.1 stone) as well as under 117kg (18.4 stone)"
