Each bamboo bike is 100% handmade and equipped with high-quality components. Bamboo Bike Tours is the first company in Europe which offers guided tours and rentals of bicycles made out of bamboo. By discovering the city on our bamboo bikes you actively contribute to ecological awareness and fair trade, our two main values. At Bamboo Bike Tours we also ensure that each bicycle has been manufactured in decent working conditions. Bamboo is a very light, strong and at the same time flexible type of wood, which works as a natural buffer helping to reduce vibrations and providing a smooth pedal and cycling feeling. It is also a very fast-growing plant which helps to avoid deforestation. The production of one of our bamboo bikes only takes about 10 % of the energy and resources that are required to fabricate a bike made of conventional materials. Had an absolute wonderful time on the 5hour graffiti tour with Florent! Got to see so many cool parts of Barcelona that I never would have otherwise experienced. Florent was very well versed in the local street art scene as well as the community events. He went out of his way to send me a very extensive list of restaurants, events, and shows to checkout for the remainder of my time in Barcelona. The graffiti tour itself is an unbelievable way to see the city and I can't recommend it enough!

When we visit new cities, we've found one of the very best introductions is via a bike tour. The tour with Andre was one of our very best. And importantly, it wasn't one of those tours with too many bikes - it was just me, my wife, and our guide.
Because of my interest in bikes and city planning I was very interested in seeing Barcelona's provisions for bikes and the Superblocks. I corresponded ahead of time with Andre and he adjusted the normal 3 hour tour to highlight some of the things we wanted to see. The tour was great. Andre was great.
My wife and I both have 75 years old bodies but think like we're still 35. The trip duration, speed, and exertion worked out perfectly for us - we enjoyed it at our age, and would have enjoyed it when we were 20.

Hello everyone who is looking for something special to see and visit in Barcelona. I collaborate with Bamboo Bike Tours a couple of years and for me they are the best. The way how they treat the clients and their offer of different services is just excellent. I joined graffiti tour with Flo twice and it was really awesome. You can see beautiful street art and hear stories behind the every piece of painting. It is very unique and educative. It is the best way how to see Barcelona from another point of view. You will feel that Barcelona is real street art city and all this with cool explanation thanks to Bamboo Bike Tour team 😊

My husband and I booked the 3.5hr street art tour, but due to a last minute change, we ended up with a hybrid Barcelona street art & city tour. Despite the change, we enjoyed every single minute of it! Oscar was our host, and in addition to speaking fluent English (much appreciated by us Americans) he had a wonderful sense of humour which kept us entertained for the entirety of the tour. We saw so many unique pieces of street art in the form of graffiti, paint, ceramic, aluminum cans, stickers, etc; as tourists, we would never have been able to spot these on our own. The second half involved biking toward the ocean and seeing the old port and also passing through El Born and the Gothic Quarter. It was a wonderful way to end our stay in Barcelona and we would highly recommend this tour and Oscar to anyone who visits this charming city.

I had a private tour on the electric bamboo bike around best places in Barcelona. It was the best way to explore the city. Electric bike allows to move easy - didn’t get tired & saw maximum of the city within 2-3h. Tour was very personalized to my interests. Saw some places that tourists haven’t discovered yet (and I liked that the most!) Florent has big knowledge about the city, history, culture etc. Answered every question. Was interesting to listen to. Afterwards received also more info about the places we visited. Also suggested places to visit on my own during my stay in Barcelona.

Great private tour to many different neighbourhoods of the city. Competent introduction to street art and lively explanations during the tour. Our guide Florent was also responsive to individual requests. The bikes are easy to ride and comfortable.

We had a wonderful bike trip with Anisa (sorry, I hope I wrote your name correctly).
She showed us Graffiti and Streetart in Barcelona during a 3.5h Bike tour with e-Bikes made from Bamboo. Thanks to the Anisa, we learnt so much about the local artists. We can definitely recommend this tour. BCN is not very hilly so the bike ride is quite easy also for less sportive persons. If you can, catch one off the e-Bikes, that makes the trip more relaxing.
During the private tour we stopped at several points to see and talk about streetart. The ride back along the beach was also really cool!

My 16-year-old daughter and I loved our street art tour in Barcelona, guided by Florent. His passion and explanations allowed us to better understand and appreciate the street art movement and its different styles.We travelled the city on bamboo bikes, very comfortable and original. Barcelona has many bike paths, making the ride pleasant and safe. Several tours are available, and I highly recommend opting for a Guide for an optimal experience.For those who prefer, classic bikes are also available for rent.A big thank you to Florent for this exceptional moment.

Mid-November I took the 5 hour Street Art bike tour. My personal guide was Florent, who has been living in Barcelona for over 19 years. He took me to the best places, which you don't see during the average tourist round. Florent knew everything about the art and supplemented it with historic and societal info.
And all of this on the very good looking and comfortable (electric) bamboo bikes.

There's a lot to see in Barcelona and a bike tour is a great way to see it. Barcelona is very bike-friendly with many roads having dedicated bike lanes for fast transit. Our family of three enjoyed a personalized tour from Florent at Bamboo Bike Tours. He was knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to the more popular tourist attractions, we were able to navigate some of the narrower passages in the Gothic Quarter and see the interesting architecture and courtyards in the city. After our tour he sent an email with personal recommendations for the best dining, shopping, and events. We returned the next day and rented bikes at reasonable rates to explore on our own. Highly recommended!
