If you have a look at the Bus Turistic website, it will show the red and blue routes. The circled coloured red and blue are stops where you can change buses to either line. Blue bus does not go near red circles or Red bus... More

If you're in a hurry to get there don't bother with the bus, especially at rush hours; you'd be better taking the Metro to somewhere like Palau Reial or Collblanc then walking the last little bit.
