Very nice for an overview

Took the red route which took 2 hours by itself. Got off at Camp Nou and Montjuic. Good way to see the city on the first day especially when everyone is suffering from jet lag.

There are two main routes worth doing, red and blue and you can easily switch between the two. You need to use both to see the city, but it is worth it and by the time you have finished you will know that you have really seen a lot. After that you can go back and visit the places you... More

The tourist bus is one way to see Barcelona. However for a more authentic experience try using the metro instead. You just need to know which station you want for your attraction. You can by a T10 ticket - 10 rides for 10 euro! You can share the ticket between your travellers. In 4 days of busy sightseeing 2 of... More

We visited as part of our cruise stop. Bought tickes for the tour and hopped on but little did we know that this was not going to be an enjoyable tour. We got off the bus to change over to the blue line but didn't appreciate it would take more than 30 minutes due to complete overcrowding on the buses.... More

Great way to see the most well known sites. Expensive but worth it. Take two days, it will be €39 or 10% less if you pay online. So for €17,50 you ha e to days of hopping on and off wherever you like. Go to the beach, or a park in between busy museums. The people on the bus are... More

This is a great way to get around Barcelona to all the sights for the cheapest price. A few issues: the headphones jacks didn't work on many of the seats, the staff on the bus weren't overly friendly or helpful and the routes only go one way. However, if we came again, we would use this service.

We did all three tours - red, green, and blue and it took approximately 7 hours to do all three (if you don't get off to explore any one place). Their directions for each route seems backwards so that if you want to do all of them, you have to strategically plan so you aren't forced to re-do a tour.... More

Neighborhood Profile
Barrio Gotico (Barri Gotic)
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighborhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.
