The satisfaction of this view is unforgettable. I’m not going to lie, there’s a very very long walk, can get a little tire on the way but it’s definitely worth it. I didn’t want to get a local transportation because I wanted to explore as...More

We heard of Carmel bunkers through a friend. The climb to the top is steep so you are best to get transportation to the bottom of it. We walked from the metro and would only recommend if u are relatively fit, otherwise it’s a struggle....More

Pages from only last year describe this site as 'a hidden gem' or a place 'off the beaten path'. However Barcelona City Coucil now appear to be promoting this place to tourists, to the point that they now have security guards up there and vendors...More

It is very close from Park Guell, it doesn't take a lot of time to reach the top, the view on Barcelona is amazing.

Imagine a panoramic look at Barcelona from 262 meters/859 feet above sea level. Picture yourself looking out at the Mediterranean Sea, La Sagrada Familia, & the entire city of Barcelona from up high.

The bunkers are a former Spanish Civil war gun emplacement that sits above Barcelona, and has superb all round views of the city. It is open 24 hours a day and is free. Getting there does require a certain level of fitness as it is...More

Amazing free experience in Barcelona. Hike is hard, but is a perfect spot for sunsets with the best views of the city.
