Neighborhood: Barrio Gòtico (Barri Gòtic)
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighborhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.

Fun atmosphere, good tapas, good coktails.
We were looking for a vivid ambiance and we've found it.

And to quote my boyfriend 'best tequenos I ever had - as fresh as a freshly batch of croissants'

We were in Barcelona with friends this past Summer and we were looking for a place to go for dancing. Not a lot of people were dancing here, however we did manage to dance, since there was live band that night and also had some amazing cocktails! The place is really nice with very polite stuff. Definitely recommend it!

Always full of ppl. Smiling, dancing, enjoying themselves. You cannot see this so often in Barcelona :)
Go if you're into latin music. I am not so keen on salsa, but still I enjoyed the place very much!

Got inside alone, set on the bar stools, the couple that does the drinks took more than 15 minutes to ask what I would like to drink, seems like talking about whatever besides working is their thing...... Ordered a Bailey's on ice, she poured it using those measure cups, and charged me 8€ for it.... C'mon a bottle
of Bailey's costs 12€..... Definitely not coming back

I went last night with my friends (people from many countries) and I was hungry so I ordered an Arepa. My surprise was when the will arrive and they charged me for ONE AREPA 6.50 €! I'm Venezuelan and I know actually the cost of making an arepa. The put on the menu that the price of a single one is 3€ (but is impossible that you eat and arepa without nothing inside, doesn't make same) and they changed for the ingredient 3.50€ more! It is robbery. One pack of corn floor is 2,50€ and you can make like 30 arepas, and they charge 3€ for a single one. Made me feel so upset to see how people is taking advantage, and feel shame because that food is Venezuelan and is actually NO GOOD TASTE! Small, expensive and not a really good one..... You guys should considerate think about cause not because Barcelona is full of tourist people you should do something like that!!!!

NEVER AGAIN!

Pd: I wrote in English because the tourist must know this reality. Hope you guys can find another's and BETTERS VENEZUELANS RESTAURANTS IN TOWN!

I'm a local person I've been in Barcelona for past 3 years I went two days ago to this bar with friends and I ordered MOJITO like always
There were guy and tall girl and short girl with short black hair and skinny body , she took my order and she made MoJITO FOR ME but the SURPRISE IS I gave her 20 Euros and she discounted 17 euros 😲😲😲 I shocked and I couldn't talk and felt shy and few seconds later I seen her telling that to be friends and they're laughing ( they feel proud CHEATED ME )
My friend were upset from that because we know the prices because not our first time there .
I don't recommend
They're cheaters , they charge people and they add to their pockets.
Don't recommend
Please be careful

It looks like an average street food restaurant but behind secret door there is one of the best pubs in Barcelona! We were the group of 4 and ordered each his own food plus two plates of nachos and it was more than we could ever eat. The portions are so so big. I have to say we had the best nachos ever with everything you can think of as a topping. They serve the best cocktails as well - mango mojitos are out of this word! Plus very cute staff. Thanks!

Had to wait to go into the bar, as apparently it was full but when we got in (after 10 mins of waiting) the bar area was packed and the rest wasn't with alot of seating. The music was good however noone was dancing. Cocktails seemed to be popular on here, so we decided to try the passion fruit cocktail that was on fire! Was a really strong drink but defo recommend it for the pictures. Only spend an hour here due to noone dancing and wanted to find somewhere a bit more lively (which we didnt find so went back to the hotel)
