Like the tour we did in Berlin with Fat Tire, the one in Barcelona was equally fabulous. It was made even better by our guide's witty and sharp sense of humour. Ben you were great. What a great way to get an overview of a city on your first day. We went back to the bits we wanted to see... More

Our guide Benja gave us great information and kept it interesting. The places we stopped were great little gems. The bike ride itself was easy and a great way to see the city. We stopped and had lunch at a great little place down by the beach. Would recommend!

This is a must when visiting any large city. The tour was great, very well organised, easy meeting place to start. By going on a bike tour you get to visit so many different places within the city that you would not otherwise visit, also having a guide giving so much history is such a bonus. It is certainly not... More

We went on a Fat Tire half-day bike tour of Barcelona in August 2016. Our guide, a young British man named Nick, possessed extensive knowledge of the history of Barcelona and had a lot of information on the many sights included in the tour. The pace was easy, and it was never boring for even a minute.

I've bee to BCN many times but this is the first time I tried a bike tour. The truth is I learned many new and interesting things about the city! Our tour guide was enthusiastic and very well informed for what he was doing! Very nice experience, spear some cash to get to know the city better.

My daughter, daughter-in-law and I visited Barcelona on a quick trip and only had two days to see the city. I must say, this tour was certainly a highlight allowing us to have a wonderfully informative tour of the city, enjoy the beautiful weather and even have lunch on the beach. I'd do it again in a heart beat and... More

First time in Barcelona, the the fat tire bike tour was a great way to get a good overview of the city and the main attractions to check out in greater detail. The four hour tour was well organised. Have to say I was nervous biking on the roads but our guide Dicken was amazing and always looking out for... More

Hadnt been to Barcelona in 25 years and got a morning free on a business trip. This tour fit the bill. Fun, informative local guide packed in a ton of sites, history, politics and even a dip in the mediterian. One of the best bike tours have done in any city. Meet up waa confusing because we went to the... More

We did the 4-8pm tour of Barcelona after being persuaded by my 21yr old son Daniel to do this after he did the Berlin tour recently which he raved about. We decided only one hour before we would do it and after a web chat with Fat Tire online confirming there were spaces, we hot-footed across town to their office... More

We had a lot of fun on the biking part of this tour. Our guide (Ben) was knowledgeable and nice, and did a good job of keeping the group together and moving. But then we wasted a perfectly good hour at one of the worst restaurants in Barcelona (Garden Something) down by the beach. We would have preferred a shorter... More

Barrio Gotico (Barri Gotic)
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighborhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences.
