Здание было построено вместе с новой водопроводной системой между 1915 и 1919 году после того, как в 1914 году Барселона очень пострадала от эпидемии тифа, что было связано с низким качеством воды в городском водопроводе. Здание построено в стиле модного в то время каталонского модернизма.

Actualmente solo se realizan visitas los días al mediodía previa reserva vía Internet y las entradas se agotan rápidamente.
El lugar no es tan fácil de encontrar y está alejado de otras atracciones pero es una visita distinta a lo habitual.

Interesante visita a las casas del agua de Trinitat Vella y Trinitat Nueva.
Los domingos se hacen visitas libres y los primeros domingos de mes, se realizan visitas comentadas con guías del MUHBA. Hay que reservar. Puedes ver el contacto en su página web. Es gratuito.
Lo mejor es llegar con el autobús 76 (dirección ciutat Meridiana parada Pare Pérez del Pulgar) que te deja al lado de donde está la casa del aigua de Trinitat Vella. La entrada y comienzo de las visitas guiadas se hace desde aqui. Tras una explicación entras por la casa de Trinitat Vella donde estaban las bombas que impulsaban el agua hasta la casa de Trinitat Nova. Haces todo el túnel por donde discurre la tubería hasta salir por la casa de Trinitat Nova.
Así la vuelta la haces desde la línea 3 de metro o el mismo 76 en la dirección contraria que está a poco menos de diez minutos andando.

Элемент водозаборной системы Барселоны начала прошлого века - Casa de l'Aigua - сейчас является одной из площадок исторического музея Барселоны... Любопытный объект, можно взглянуть для разнообразия. Тем более, что осмотр много времени не займёт...

La Casa de l’Aigua - водонасосная станция, построенная в начале прошлого века. Станция действовала до 1989 года, сейчас - филиал Музея истории Барселоны. Интересное сооружение, вполне можно взглянуть...
