Description:

Faithful to the club's desire to be a reference point in the sector, open...

Faithful to the club's desire to be a reference point in the sector, open to all possible schools of jazz and, therefore, to the ever-increasing number of fans of this hundred-year-old genre in Barcelona, Jamboree presents an assorted monthly programme with the cream of national and international jazz. Under the management of Pere Pons, it attempts to include a selection of musicians from Catalonia (60% of the total monthly programme), the rest of Europe (20%) and the United States (20%). Among the local artists included in the programme, there is a balanced combination of established figures and up and coming young artists. Jamboree is, above all a place where you can find out what's hot both among the new generations and the best known artists. A laboratory through which fans can keep up with the latest by our artists. With regards to the international program, first rate American artists, recognized by national and international press, are used to capture the interest of many fans.

We went on a mid-February week day night and the venue was half full! It was a pity because the Jazz Trio performing that night was amazing! The most wicked version of Bye bye Blackbird and Afro Blues I had ever heard! The cover charge was quite steep though, EUR 20 per person for the night. It started at 8pm,... More

I went on a Saturday night. Good night for hip hop and RnB lovers. Check out their Facebook page on the night you intend to go to get your name added to the free guestlist before 1am. There was a queue so allow around 15 minutes from arrival to get in. Otherwise 10 Euros entry. The let down of the... More

Had a great time at this funky little basement jazz bar. Amazing music, friendly staff. As a whole a good way to start the evening

We added ourselves to the Facebook guestlist which saved us the €10 entrance fee each. Arrived at 1.15 and there was a reasonable queue which went down quickly. Queue was three times as long when we came out at 3ish. Good music, nice crowd, good vibe. Would recommend if in the area. Drinks fairly pricey but no more than expected

We watched a very talented trio on 21st December. A hooked audience who watches in ore and didn't speak a word. Lovely venue for live music. Would recommend!

I went to a hip hop session and the ambient was so good! Had a good time and it's not a typical place, if you want to go out try out this place!!! You will love it! Depending on the day, the music changes, so have a look and enjoy!

Saw two shows Flamenco and Jazz. I got a package of the two shows for €24 per person so I thought it was ok. On the Jazz show there was this girl Coco she was like the main singer and animator, very good. I had a good time and the bar prices were not bad.

We found the little place after a beautiful stroll round the squares and back streets it sits within and for the small entrance fee I wasn't disappointed. Great atmosphere and great 'open mic' style roll on/off of artists... some of the music was a little same same but overall beautiful performance and live music in a gorgeous part of town!

We went to jamboree because we wanted to have a fun night out. Instead we got terrible service and everyone who works there was unfriendly... the bouncer, the girl at the coat check, and the bartender.... we wanted to have a fun night, but because of the attitude of the employees we had a horrible time. We left early because... More

I just made it home from Barcelona, where we went to Jamboree twice last week. We didn't go for a jazz show, but instead for the Hip-Hop/RnB on Tuesday night and Thursday night. We met one of the promoters, named Dallas, and he was really cool. Overall, if you're looking for a hip-hop spot, this is it. I liked the... More
