These part of Barcelona is very crowded and you can find good places to eat and have shop.
Walking to Museum you will face very nice fountains.

For snack food only, friendly helpful staff and absolutely stunning views of Barcelona, this is a must. Don't expect Cordon Bleu but the local snacks (Not Tapas) are very good and, given the weather, the views as you eat are superb.
