Admission tickets for Park Güell, one of Barcelona’s most popular attractions, typically sell out quickly; however, by buying tickets online in advance, you can guarantee entry, avoid the long lines, and save time on the day. Instead of queueing in the heat, explore Park Güell—including the Dragon Staircase, Hypostyle Room, and more—at your own pace.

This free exhibit is one of many throughout Barcelona that comprise MUHBA, Museo de Historia de Barcelona. This is an excavation of ancient ruins located at the rear entrance of the Santa Caterina Market in Ciutat Vella near the Gothic Barrio. It's one many MUHBA exhibits around Barcelona. The display gives some insight to what the area was like in this area of Barcelona from pre-historic to Roman times. It shows what the city is doing to preserve it's history as well. Inside the exhibit you can see how the plaza behind the market serves as a roof over the excavation.

Annoyed that we thought this would cover the history of the town as described but was basically an archaeological museum covering the Roman period. Good for children perhaps.
