About
Our goal is to communicate with educational purposes our enthusiasm for the City of Barcelona. We propose routes and cultural, literary and educational visits through which we will see the history of Barcelona, from Roman times, through the medieval, industrial, and even Modernism, with focuses on Gaudi, the Cathedral of the Sea, George Orwell, Mercè Rodorera, and many others who have contributed to the cultural heritage of the city. Our services are designed as educational support modules, organized to serve as support to teachers, since our interest lies in making students and pupils aware of the history and culture of Barcelona, in a pedagogical way. We work with schoolchildren from Primary, Secondary, High School, Training Cycles, Universities and Cultural Centers, adapting our routes to the educational level of the students. We also adapt the visits and events for groups, incentives (team building) and other company activities.

I was with the school in Barcelona in September 2024. The teachers booked this historic walking tour with Itinera plus. It was beautiful it allowed us to see more things in one afternoon. The history and monuments of this city are wonderful. Also we were joined by a very good Guide, Ernest, explained everything to us perfectly making it all more fun with his humor and his way of doing. We had a lot of fun Recommendation

I had been in Barcelona for only a couple weeks and went on the Bohemian Barcelona tour through Itinera Plus. This tour is great for those who are new to the city, but also for the locals who have lived here for years! We were taken through the city on a more underground tour to experience the nightlife of some of the bars influenced by Modernist art and artists, something I would have never thought to look for on my own. The awesome thing about this tour was hearing the history of the city that wasn´t boring and also wasn´t just through a generic tour of the city. It worked out really well with a smaller group of 5 people including myself, and the guide (Jerome) was able to make the tour much more personal. I would suggest wearing walking shoes, because the tour is a little over 2 hours on foot (with a couple drinking breaks in between).
I have had no prior knowledge of the bars within the city or much of the history of Modernism, but the other people in the tour group have lived in Barcelona their entire lives, and they even mentioned that they were surprised how much Jerome knew about their own city that they had not known.
It would be an entertaining way to spend a night with friends, giving an in depth exploration of the Modernist history of the bars, drinks included. I, however, didn´t know anybody and was able to have fun talking with the locals and the guide, who were among the friendliest people I have met here. Another advantage is that this tour is offered in English as well for those non-native Spanish speakers depending on your preference.

We took a guided bike tour of Barcelona with our 2 children. It was a great time! We discovered this city, its history and Gaudi in a fun and very interesting way. Thanks to our guide :-)
