On the pedestrian only street of Calle Enric Granados in the center of Barcelona near Passeig de Gracia, this store is a must see and a must experience. Try on the shoes and you will walk out with a pair, from leather sole to Vibram rubber soles they are the most comfortable Shoe you will ever have tried and to boot, they will last you your whole life. The Norman Vilalta store and brand is the opposite of fast fashion that is ruining the environment, this store is where the past artisanal talents meet future technology making the most comfortable elegant shoes on the market that are worth every penny. The store is a comfortable space to see the shoe making in action and ask questions, they have the made to order and made to measure options as well as bespoke shoes that are what we all dream about, it all comes to reality here and better than we could have imagined. Be sure to get on their email list so you know when new shoes are coming out! Enjoy your visit and the shoes as I have!

On a trip to Barcelona, my husband bought a pair of Norman Vilalta shoes. The choices were numerous and each style nicer than the next. After considering several different styles, colors and textures he bought one pair with another on the list for his next purchase. The staff was extremely helpful. He loves his choice and says they are the most comfortable shoes he owns. Now that Norman Vilalta knows his size, he can just order the new pair and have them sent. That is what I call customer service!

I visited this shop, suggested by a dear friend, while staying in Barcelona. I was awed by the beauty of the shoes and stunned as the craftsmen were hand waxing each shoe!!!
Everyone there was so friendly and they spoke English ( as my Spanish is very limited ). Norman was amazing! He attempted to fix the back of my shoe, which had caused a blister, and explained why the blister happened ( a poorly placed & stitched seam).
A must visit, especially if you appreciate superb craftsmanship and design!

The shoes are gorgeous and the staff are really friendly! Norman makes the most beautiful patinas for the shoes.
