We enjoyed the class, and the food was excellent as well. Just 7 of us in the class allowed for good conversation with the Chef Rosa who did a fantastic job getting all of us involved in the meal prep. Location is in the Barri Gotic very close to Temple of Augustus, so a great location.

Great day spent learning about Spanish food and cooking delicious lunch. Market visit to start off which was interesting and mouthwatering! Then we headed back via a fab little churros shop for a snack. Carlos was a great host, the right balance of fun and informative. We cooked a three course lunch, the wine flowed and we enjoyed the whole session. It takes several hours but is well worth the time. This is the second cooking course I have done in Barcelona and it was different to the others and good value for money. Group of 6 which was nice and manageable. Many more would not have been as a good.

We loved this. It was an intimate setting (total of 7 people plus the chef/host). The food was excellent. The process is interactive so you have to do your part cooking. That is part of the fun. Our only regret was not doing this earlier in our trip. We did this on our last night. The insight we received from the chef about what living in Catalonia is like, would have influenced (for the better) some of the things we did earlier in the trip. Nevertheless, we highly recommend this evening. You also get to meet people from around the world

This was by far one of the better cooking classes that we have taken. the visit to the market was not only entertaining but also informative and the class itself was excellent.

This was such a fun experience and we would do it again. Carlos was a fantastic host and an ever better chef. We shopped for ingredients together at the market, took a walk back to the cooking school and got to get right to work. It was interactive and we actually got to cook. Some schools we've been to have you "watch" vs do the actual cooking, so this was great. The wine choices Carlos made were great too.
