A trendy retro bar which is generally pretty busy. Three pints were 15 euros which is slap bang in the middle for Barcelona. Food is pretty good normal tapas fair. Atmosphere and service is pleasant

Stopped in here on our way past for some tapas and wine. Really nice find. A gem of a place. Friendly staff, great music and lovely but relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Had a coffee there. Liked it. Old style dark wood interior, airconditioned (useful in a hot day), close to Rambla (Metro Liceu). Coffee good and cheap (1-1.50€), brunch 9-11€ (did not try), otherwise a bit pricey.

Schilling in the barrio gotic is always a decent place to go to anytime if the day. Given it has not the usual tourist-trap look it also attracts a more decent kind if a crowd. Good for coffee, drinks or a sandwich lunch.
