Amazing, full-picture tour of Barcelona

Our tour with Joe was incredible. He picked us up in a comfortable, airconditioned van (due to the size of my family) and took us all around to every sight we wanted to see. He managed to tailor the tour to our interests and made bespoke stops (ie, to the beach, a sweet treat for my little girls) and taught us many things about the incredible Sagrada Familia. He was awesome. We would do it again in a heartbeat. Book him and don't look back!

Best Way to See Barcelona for the First Time!

Riding through the best parts of Barcelona in the fresh air with our fun, friendly guide Joao! The perfect way to start a visit to the city and its incredible sights and views. It was obvious Joao loves his job, as he was a joy to spend 3+ hours with on this tour - the brief, casual history and background he provided throughout the tour were perfect. The seat and sidecar were clean and comfortable and we always felt completely safe. After seeing the city, we went back the following days to spend more time at the La Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, Las Ramblas, El Born barrio and the Barcelona waterfront.

My husband, daughter and I planned a ten day trip to Barcelona right before Thanksgiving. Fortunately, I found this tour online before we left and booked it for our first full day in Barcelona. Tarek and his partner were wonderful! We are in our sixties and my husband easily felt comfortable riding on the back of Tarek's motorcycle while my daughter and I each sat in the sidecars of our two motorcycles. I am getting ready to have a hip replacement and it was super comfortable in the Sidecar. Tarek and his partner are so much fun! We went all over Barcelona with them explaining in our headsets what we were seeing. We loved doing this on the first day as then we knew what we wanted to tour for the rest of our time in Barcelona. This was an absolute ball and Tarek, two Texas gals are in love with you! Highlight of our trip for sure! Do not be afraid of the motorcycles. It was safe and not for a single moment was I nervous as they are good drivers. This tour exceeded our expectations and I give it a ten plus!

Fantastic afternoon with Jao seeing Barcelona’s sites. Very enjoyable and Jao was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this if you are ever in Barcelona. Even though the vehicle broke down, we were taken care off whilst Jao fetched a replacement vehicle to finish off our tour and we were even dropped off by the cruise ship,

Outstanding wine tour!

We went on the Half Day Winery Tour. Joe was our sidecar driver. He was punctual, knowledgeable and happy to answer any of our questions. He told us a bit about the history of the Port of Barcelona. As we were riding out of the city, he told us about the towns we were driving through. The winery itself where the tour is held is called Alta Alella. They specialize in Cava, but also made other red and white wines. The wine was earthy and filled with minerality. The views from the winery were gorgeous; we could even see the Barcelona skyline in the distance. Thank you to Joe and the teams at BrightSide and Alta Alella!

So Much Fun!

A sidecar tour with Brightside is a must do if you are looking for a unique way to spend time exploring Barcelona or the countryside. Our group of 8 booked 4 sidecars to tour the countryside and a local winery. It was without a doubt one of the stand out days of our trip. The ride was so much fun. The scenery was beautiful and the winery was s perfect balance to our find didn’t in the city. Brightside and it’s guides were a pleasure to work with during the booking process. Our guides were friendly, fun and took the time to add commentary to what we were seeing and local tradition. If we return to Barcelona, we would definitely book another tour.

Greatest evening ever!!!

We have just had the greatest evening with Pau and Joe. They couldn’t have been more fantastic. They arrived on time and kitted us out with helmets and headsets so we could speak to each other as we went along. We had a very informative tour and visited 2 amazing tapas bars/restaurants full of locals and with great atmosphere. They ordered the food and it was all totally delicious. We ended with drinks by the sea in the Olympic village. I cannot recommend this tour more highly. Thank you so much Pau and Joe for making my mums birthday so special.

Joe and Johann were terrific guides. They were professional in every way, so knowledgeable of the city and its sites and happily shared all in an upbeat and fun vibe. Plus, Joe and Johann were so patient, kind and helpful with two of us septuagenarians! Great for all ages as our grandson had a blast too! Thanks, guys, for making our trip to Barcelona so memorable.

Brilliant way to get a feel for Barcelona

We did a one day private tour by van and it was the best way to experience Barcelona. The car was cool and comfortable and our guide Alessandro was friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make our tour memorable. He even suggested a restaurant for dinner and selected the dishes for us ! Highly, highly recommended
