This is an unusual review in that we, unfortunately, never got to do the 2 tours we booked. However, I thought it important to review the way Runner Bean does business so that other travelers know they can book with complete confidence. We had to cancel our entire trip, at almost the last minute, due to circumstances beyond our control. I was able to contact RB just before the 72-hour deadline and true to their word, they refunded the full amount of the tours within a few days. Special thanks goes to Gorka, who was so kind, understanding and patient throughout the booking and cancelling process. Even when I offered to pay a voluntary, self-imposed 10% penalty for all the time they had taken to set things up, Gorka refused and simply wished us the best. This is an honest, first-class operation, so if you are ever traveling to Barcelona, don't hesitate to book with Runner Bean.
