In fact, we are so determined to deliver the very best, we promise to give you a 100% refund if you´re not happy with our service and we are responsible. Last year over 15,000 customers booked with us. We hope you'll help us beat that this year.

This was a fantastic day out and very much worth the money. The guide , Gloria, was full of knowledge information and shared it wonderfully in English. She was extremely passionate and for me, was a key reason for enjoying the trip as I learned so much and was able to make sense of what I saw and the story of Dali. The trip was long but the visits to the three different places was excellent and well timed. The driver, Raphael, was excellent as he had to drive through a thunderstorm on the way home and he did amazing. Only complaint was the air conditioning in the bus was not optimal. Definitely worth the $

We were very excited about this trip and knew what to expect after reading all the reviews online and the itinerary. It was an early start, we met at 7am at the offices. The offices were a bit hard to find but we found them just in time. The offices are a five minute walk away from the nearest metro. There were a few problems when we got at the offices behind the scenes but they were quickly resolved and we set off about 10-15 minutes later. The coach was comfortable, with spacious seats and it was air conditioned. Our guide was Giordi (George). It took about 1.5 hours to reach Baga. We hopped off the coach and were shown where to grab a coffee and a pastry and then given about a half hour tour of the small town. Baga was a gorgeous small town. Due to time limitations we could only explore a small part of the town. We next drove to France, 1.5 hours away, the scenery was beautiful and it did not seem that long a journey. Once we got to France, we were show where to dip our feet in the thermal springs. We remembered to pack a small towel to dry our feet off. We did not have an opportunity to explore which was a shame as there was just about enough time for lunch. We were there for about 1.5 hours. We then drove to Andorra which is the part we were most excited about. The roads were rather windy and I felt quite sick most of this part. We got to the border and jumped out to get a picture taken. We also got our passports stamped. We then went to the capital city and spent about an hour wandering around the shopping centre. I would rather have explored the rural parts of the country rather than having to spend all the time in a shopping centre. This was a big letdown. The journey back was directly back to Barcelona with one restroom break. We were dropped off nearby the offices where we had met in the morning. To make the most of your time there, I would take some snacks and drinks with you so you don't spend all your time in the various countries waiting for a meal. Pack a towel for France so you can dry your feet, prepare to get travel sick as the roads are windy in Andorra, have a plan of what you would like to see in the towns so you maximise your time there and lastly, take something to read/listen to on the coach to pass the time. The tour guide didn't speak all the time so it was nice to have the quiet times to have a snooze. All in all I would recommend this tour as long as you are fully aware that what you will see at each country is rather limited.

Very good trip but a long day. Our guide was great and very informative. Would suggest dropping one if the stops to reduce time on the road.
