Oasis in the Raval

The beautiful Metropolis, Barcelona, has many oasis, squares, parks, gardens.
Jardins del Doctor Fleming in the neighbourhood Raval is one of them.
It is a beautiful little place, surrounded by blocks with apartments.
The "jardin" has trees, playground and restplaces.
An oasis for tourists and the local inhabitants.
Many oasis in Barcelona is named after famous persons
Jardins del Doctor Fleming is a tribute to Sir Alexander Fleming, the Scottish physician, who discovered penicillin.
