First of all, we apologize if the room was not to your liking, we understand that each client has different tastes. As for the clues, each room has a different timing, as we indicated before starting, whenever you ask for help, the Game Master will decide whether to give it to you or not, in case you have enough time, we let you think a little more. At no time you have been left 25 minutes without help, as you have indicated. There is no clock inside the room, so it is impossible for you to know the real time. Regarding the test in which you supposedly got hurt, our game has been open for more than 7 years and we have never had any problem related to that enigma. We apologize if you really dropped an object on your foot, but we really cannot be held responsible for that, as that can happen to you with any everyday object and it was a human error on your part, even though you decided to finish the game and our staff did not charge you. As stated in the authorization you signed when you entered, if the players decide to finish the game the amount of the game must be made, in that case we made an exception and that shows that our staff did everything possible to be able to help you, even though you have made an uncertain comment about our company. Hello, Thank you for posting a review although we are very disappointed that many parts are not true. First of all, our Game Masters always welcome the players, offer them water, toilets and an authorization to fill in. After that they explain the rules of the game in a comical and entertaining way. At the end of the experience the Game Master takes a picture of the players and accompanies them to the hall, where the clients collect their things while we send them the picture and at the end they are dismissed. In no case are exceptions made and much less has it been the case that a group receives neither welcome nor farewell. Regarding the experience, each player has different tastes and we understand that you may have liked it more or less, we can only say that "Sherlock" is one of our most played rooms and one of the most loved by our customers. In Maximum we take care of the ambience of the rooms in detail and each room has a totally different theme. We think this comment is very unfair, especially considering that you are owners of other Escape Rooms, since you know perfectly well the work behind each room and how harmful opinions like yours are.
