This former restaurant was in a fantastic building that we wanted to visit. The restaurant does not exist now. We have found no clues that it will reopen in the future

I knew the resturant closed down as I looked up the website to view the menu and found out that it was closed as of 2/28/18. My husband and I walked the neighborhood anyway to take some photographs of the architecture. It's so amazing in...More

This is an unique building for it’s structure and design. Is amazing all the details and pieces you can see on the facade. Is so blended with the rest of the city. It was worth seeing it.

Restaurant is in a striking building that was originally a private home very close to el Palace Hotel. Service was excellent and the selection and quality of the food very good. The night we were there it was mostly locals dining.

If it is a Gaudi building it has to be good and worth your time to see it. This one with its stone facade, bay windows and balconies that are a forerunner of the ones in Casa Batllo make it worth seeing.

Calvet is proof that Gaudi could play it straight if it needs be. Well almost. The carved facade and numerous balconies still make it special.

It's on the ground floor of one of Gaudi's more conventional buildings and it's a very smart place. The service is excellent, the food is good, but perhaps a bit pricy for the standard

Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you
enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally
translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes
recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant
atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district,
Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end
international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the
glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best
