Hi It depends where to you want to go. it starts at 2 plus Euro but I suggest to get a pass. it cost a little bit more but it is safer. if you skip a zone and they find out it cost you much more. do not tri to get away... More

No. You have to purchase their metro ticket. There are places to purchase at major stations. Not sure, may be able to use a credit card to buy a pass.
