The new direction has taken the measure to the museum creating very high expectations about its promising future. Highly recommended for art lovers in general, and contemporary art lovers in particular

This free museum offers contemporary art and photography exhibitions of good quality. The building itself is quite interesting (do not miss the bridge in the front courtyard and the old chapel), and the cafeteria nice and quite.

Honestly, the art, about half of which were freestanding sculpture-like pieces, was odd at best, but interesting nonetheless. There was an exhibit that appeared to deal with street crime, I believe against women, in this city. The building is nice. Large rooms. I don’t know that I would’ve paid much to visit, but for free, I enjoyed myself

A magnificent spacious art museum providing space for a small number of exhibitions by contemporary Spanish artists (although a tiny number of sketches by Dali). Varied media. Very accessible. On three floors served by lifts and stairs. Entry surprisingly free. Gift shop and great cafe next door.

Excellent changing exhibitions of all different kinds in an old building. It’s hard to believe this establishment is also free of charge, so even if modern art isn’t usually your cup of tea give this museum a chance!

The Museum of Contemporary Art has a nice patio and cloister. This was part of the San Benito Church in the past. The patio has nice sculptures of King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia.

There were a few modern art pieces that I liked.

It was on my list of museums to visit while staying in Valladolid. I planned for 30 minutes and stayed for 2 hours. I wanted to see every corner. Charming spacious building with interesting temporary and permanent exhibitions.

Went to see sculpture by Angel Ferrant, but only 2 or 3 pieces on display.
A huge temporary exhibition of Vinyl Art. Interesting.
Loved Enrique Marty installation in the Chapel.
porrly signposted internally, even with a floor plan map.
Website.... Rubbish I am afraid.
Worth a visit however.
