Beautiful building great collection of different things. Make sure you go to the cafe and have a drink sit out if you can. The doll collection a bit scarey.

We spotted this building from the ring road below and it attracted us to see what it contained. Inside is a fantastic exhibition of everything art nouveau and Art Deco and includes some story boards and a short film. There are some beautiful objects of sculpture, jewellery, furniture and lighting. There is also a nice little cafe and a shop... More

We decided to pay a visit to the Casa Lis as it was close to our hotel. It's a fascinating place with some great pieces on show. There is a wide range of art nouveau and Art Deco objects on display with a wide range of items from glassware to toys. (There's a large collection of, mainly scary, dolls ...... More

An excellent collection of art nouveau and Art Deco objects d'art, housed in an art nouveau building. The second floor also has a huge collection of turn of the century dolls and toys. The gift shop has great reproductions at reasonable prices, and the cafe continues the theme. Definitely worth a visit.

What an absolutely beautiful space to wander round, and the stained glass ceiling ceiling is stunning. The collections were a little eclectic for my taste and a bit heavy on the dolls. However, for a rainy afternoon or to escape the heat, it makes a pleasant sojourn. It's a pity the staff in the ticket kiosk were so unfriendly -... More

If you like Art Nouveau and Art Deco this is the museum for you. It was originally a small private palace, but apparently at the request of the owner then Don Miguel de Lis, a merchant from Salamanca, it was transformed into a magnificent Art Nouveau building by architect Don Joaquin de Vargas. We really liked the wide range on... More

What a great find. Lovely colectomy in a beutful building. It's almost worth it just to see the glass roof in the museum. Nice collection of lalique and glass. Not so sure about the dolls personal but there is a superb display of German and French dolls from the 20s and 30s if that floats your boat.
