It was a Surprise when I accidently ventured into this section of the University, its through a courtyard on the left side from the main door of the University. Its extremely pretty inside.

he sky of Salamanca decorated the ancient library of the university. it is a reproduction of the sky, constellations and zodiacal signs made in 400. It is a real show enhanced by an excellent setting of the place for a truly unique vision.

Go there and see it for yourself. Push the door, get used to the darkness, walk towards the stone stool and seat. Look up and marvel yourself with the Cielo de Salamanca. The fresco is truly magnificent! No picture to share as they are not...More
