Happened across this delightful square off the beaten track in the old quarter. We were happy to find this tavern for a seat outside in the sun watching the world go by. Just lovely! Nice service and good tapas.
Plaza del Grano is my favourite square in Leon. It feels roomy, peaceful and non-touristy, and with its rough old cobbles, attractive church and pleasant cafe bars it is a great place to spend a lazy hour.

Charming and quant plaza to sit or pass through or have a drink in. It was very calm when I was there and really I could have stepped back in time! Warning - do not wear heels!!! Pebbly original ground which adds to its character.
