This stunning building is well worth a visit whatever you think about the faith it venerates. it is a building of great beauty and the windows alone deserve hours of study. Do take the audio guide to learn more about the place and the people who built it.

We did not go inside but the outside is really beautiful. They are doing construction work on the outside and it looks like it is being well maintained as it showed the details of the architecture on its exterior.

The cathedral located in the center of the city is breathtaking and worth going inside to see the stained glass windows. However at time of review was under construction and obstructed some views

This cathedral ranks among some of the more beautiful cathedrals I have ever visited! Well preserved and impressive architecture and masonry. And furthermore it's not a very crowded place to visit, so you get to walk around in the cathedral in peace.

With the expert help of an official guide, a tour of this cathedral was very worthwhile. The stained glass windows were outstanding, and the overall atmosphere inside the church was very impressive

We unexpectedly stopped in Leon and were amazed by the Cathedral. When you walk into the plaza the size and gothic surprises you. Then you go in and view the architecture and the over 160 stained glass windows. It took our breath away. My husband is not a big church person but he was impressed. Cost is 6eu but you... More

Ticket 7€, it includes audio guide. It's incredible to visit at midday just when the sunlight it's in the top. The history in the audio guide it's quite illustrative of a magnificent history.

Wow, Parts of the Cathedral are. 1000 years old and parts are 500 years old. This is a pure Gothic Templar church one of the prettiest in Europe!

This beauty of Gothic arquitechture was an emotional experience.... If they change the ticket sale booths outside the Cathedral ...It would be a detail.

We were staying at a hotel just behind the cathedral and went in just before dusk the colours of the windows were beautiful. After our visit they closed up, we went across the square and had a coffee at a bar opposite and the locals congregated for their evening service. It was lovely to see. Worth a visit but check...
