Beautiful building with lovely stained glass. Be sure to go during visiting hours to get a look at the fabulous inside. Don't miss the glorious painted walls on every side. Central to most of the other "must-sees" in the city.

Located at the center of the city. Central point for the local's faith. Love the warm interior decor. Left the House of God with lifted spirit !

Under the charm of the Cathedral of Albacete and its pastel paintings and interior with statues of an incredible beauty. Attending the Wedding of Adrian & Marie Jose and having the chance to listen to Hallelujah from Roger Cohen among other tones of violonists and singer with a Spanish tone alto and soprano voice was a pure moment of joy. The Albacete Cathedral is a charming and peaceful meditation and prayer setting for anyone. Delighted to pray and celebrate Saint John Paul the second in a pastel colored Cathedral. The inside if the cathedral is decorated with frescos on the walls and ceiling - very calming and spiritual. The front facade has intricate stonework and arches, with the rest of the exterior of the building quite plain. Returned in the evening for tapas and a drink at Kings Bar in front of the cathedral and saw many people leaving the cathedral after mass and stopping for tapas and drinks.
