The small chapel in honor of the Virgin of the Sea overseeing the ocean, the changing tide, the clean ocean, the families, the ice cream and the amazing coast of Cantabria make this a uniquely unforgettable spot.

This is something you must see during your stay in Santander. The views are simply breath taking. It is by far the most beautiful place I have seen in this country.

Stunning beautiful spot, a must see definitely. A beautiful rock surrounded by ocean, easy to access and beautiful scenery all over the place. The ermitage is a small church with a not so beautiful, recent addition to the initial building, and sadly closed when we visited. We spent there 2 very relaxing hours.

Impressive it's the word! You never expect a church in the beach, mostly when during summer people really use the grass around to lay down! It's weird! It's nice! It's very beautiful... I "got lost" around the beach and the landscape is breathtaking! If you are around the north cost of Spain you should walk by! Come with comfy shoes!

Their is a pub with food in the parking lot and plenty of room to walk around in different... More
