Un palacio "recien hecho"

Llamar a esto palacio es un despropósito, aunque lo fuera en el pasado. El lugar son unas oficinas municipales insertas en una reconstrucción discutible. Ahora parece una edificación reciente. La entrada atraviesa la puerta con escudo original y luego el adefesio. No merece el esfuerzo de llegar al lugar (tiene aparcamiento propio que usan los empleados del “palacio”, lugar de cursos y santanderes creativos).

el palacio estaba hace 30 años precioso ahora es una mala reconstruccion y no conserva casi nada de lo antiguo,incluso la capilla se ha destruido

Klein, aber fein!

Dieses Palacio Ist auch unter dem Namen Palacio Pronillo bekannt. So ist es zB im kostenlosen Stadtplan der Stadt eingezeichnet.
Man erreicht es bequem von der Altstadt (Rathaus) mit den Bussen 17 und 18. Bis zur Station Pedro San Martin 12. In Fahrtrichtung 50m ist ein Rondel mit einer netten Bären-Skulptur. Hier biegt man dann nach links in die General Dávila ein und nach weiteren 50m auf der linke Seite ist man da.
Die Anlage wurde 2012 renoviert. Innen kann man eine Dokumentation anschauen (oberster Stock, Aufzug, kein Eintritt) mit vorher/nachher-Photos.
Die Anlage ist wirklich nicht groß. Das was man auf meinem Photo sieht - that's it. Klein, aber fein. Also wen alte Gebäude und ihre Geschichte interessieren, ist hier richtig.

Me gusta el uso que se le ha dado a este equipamiento

Me da pena leer anteriores comentarios de que este lugar lo han reconstruido de según qué manera. Yo recuerdo pasar de pequeña y estar todo medio derrumbado y hecho una pena. Hace unos pocos años, el ayuntamiento ha decidido recuperar este edificio para convertirlo en un centro cultural donde se ofrecen cursos alternativos de arte, música, idiomas, se usa también como escenario para teatro y actividades culturales, lo cual es de agradecer. Recientemente he acudido a unos cursos infantiles donde se usan todos los equipamientos, incluida la capilla, la cual han mantenido la cúpula, aunque las paredes las han dejado encaladas, pero sigue manteniendo la sonoridad.
Por cierto, es interesante saber que esta es la edificación civil más antigua que se conserva en Santander y data del siglo XVI y también se conoce como Enclave Pronillo.

La "rehabilitación" que se ha hecho de este edificio histórico con dinero público ha sido un auténtico atentado urbanístico, destruyendo el edificio antiguo para sustituirlo por un pastiche. De vergüenza.

Дворец Рива-Эррера был построен в 16 веке, он примечателен своей архитектурой. В 20 веке он находился в плачевном состоянии, и с 2010 по 2012 год проводилась масштабная его реконструкция. Сейчас дворец отлично выглядит, здесь проводятся всевозможные культурные мероприятия
