Tour súper entretenido. Dura 1hymedia pero es tan dinámico que se pasa volando. Lo mejor, la representación en el castillo y el vídeo de la reconstrucción de la batalla. Los niños se lo pasaron de fábula y se aprende mucho sobre una parte de la historia de Tenerife. Yo que soy residente, aprendí bastantes cosas sobre mi tierra que no sabía, no es un tour solo para extranjeros. Muy ameno, mis felicitaciones! Gracias por dar vida a la isla!

Hicimos el Tour en familia y a todos en casa nos gusto. Es muy interesante conocer de primera mano como la armada Española le hizo frente a los buques Británicos. En una parte del tour puedes ver el cañón el Tigre, que fue del que salió el proyectil que le arrancó el brazo al Almirante Nelson y que probablemente fue uno de los causantes de que Canarias no sea hoy Británica. Muy recomendable, ideal para ir con niños, sobre todo la parte del Castillo. Se aprende y se disfruta!

Realizado con pocos medios y mucha voluntad por parte del director de escena y los participantes. Celebra una efeméride: el paso del contra almirante NELSON por Tenerife.
Atacaba con cuatro navíos (mas de 270b cañones), cuatro fragatas y una bombardera.
Corria el año 1797.
Las milicias canarias rechazaron el ataque al mando del general Antonio Gutierrez de Otero.

Somos una pareja a la que le gusta hacer viajes de interior y un poco culturetas, pero esta vez queríamos ir a un lugar de playa y que al mismo tiempo tuviese los suficientes alicientes históricos como para aprovechar las vacaciones conociendo la historia del lugar, y si a su vez esa historia influyó en la historia de todo el mundo(no voy a hacer ningun spoiler) mucho mejor. Recomendado si paras en la isla hacer este tour, un extra para este destino que no tienen otros lugares.

Es interesantísima la historia entre el almirante Nelson y Canarias, desconocida para muchos y pensar que ocurrió aquí. Felicito a los organizadores por dar vida a esta batalla, lo pasamos genial, especialmente en la visita al castillo!!! ¿Para cuándo la película ;) ?
