The architecture is very nice and the three exhibitions inside are pretty as well. There's not a lot of context for the art but that's ok. You shouldn't expect a full museum. Normal entree price €7, you can get a discount if you're a student...More

It is apparently the most visited museum in Santa Cruz....for a very good reason. The facilities are extensive, impressive, spotlessly clean and definitely world class. The whole complex is smoke free. The library, reading room, cafeteria and wash rooms are top quality and the place...More

Interesting modern art museum building by Hertzog & Meuron architects. There is also a public library inside. When I visited this museum the exhibitions were not so interesting but the building itself is fine. Nice that Santa Cruz has this kind of culture center.

The building is very interesting, with sharp angular lines and lots of glass. Inside it is interesting too, with a large library, cafe and gallery spaces. When we visited there was an exhibition of modern art, but it was very small, many three rooms with...More

This is a wonderful place to visit. Central location but quiet and relaxing inside. New art exhibits all the time and best of all a beautiful library and study space that is free to use all the time.

We were impressed by the architectural design of the building and the fact that is carries a low profile on the skyline yet provides enough space for a huge library and two galleries for exhibits. The use of black exterior with white interior materials works...More
