Visited with friends,the exhibition is free and situated underground accessed by a flight of stairs,it gives a potted history of Tenerife and has ruins and cannons to peruse.

Excellent small exhibit. Very interesting with full English translation. Explains the history of the Island and it's link with Nelson. Small Archeological ruin to see.😊

You can't miss it while in P. de Spain, so go see it. You won't be disappointed. It dates back hundreds of years and was an integral part of SC security. Also affords beautiful views of the ocean.

This is a small museum underground, in the remains of what was the Castillo de San Cristobel. We nearly missed the entrance, but glad we didnt. Small but very informative, regarding Nelsons attempt to capture Tenerife. Apparently this is where he famously lost his arm...More

Good place to see the history behind this battle and the remains of the original fort. Interesting to get the perspective from Spain on the defeat of Nelson. It's free!
