I didn't have the opportunity to attend a concert there, but walked around the outside admiring the architecture - certainly unique. Not as "rib-like" as so much of Calatrava's other work but certainly eye-catching. If you're in Tenerife, it's really a must-see. Easy to get...More

As part of my Chasing Calatrava experience, I was happy to finally see this architectural landmark and it did not disappoint. The symmetry, the signature white, the immaculate style, everything contributes in making this Auditorium a perfect example of the intricate relationship between function and...More

If I didn't see the terrific architecture art piece in Valencia, where the entire new city quarter was designed by this famous architect, I would rate this 5 stars. Having seen the above I can rate this copy on a smaller scale only 2, and...More

Though we weren't fortunate enough to attend a performance there we did see it from outside. Its' gleaming white sail like roof is quite impressive and reminded me a bit of Sydney's famous opera house but on a miniature scale of course. If you are...More

What a gem! Canaries answer to Sydney Opera house by the sea. Wonderful symphony orchestra played brilliantly and we had wine and tapas in the interval overlooking the Atlantic with the sea breezes in our hair.

Went there on an opera night, easy to find since it's a landmark in Santa Cruz. To find your seat is more difficult. Even if it's sold out, many seats are empty. They do not allow you to change seats. If you ask. You can...More

Yo iría a La Laguna sin falta. Es una visita imprescindible. Una maravillosa ciudad colonial restaurada. La Oficina de Turismo ofrece visitas guiadas gratuitas. Muy amenas y muy bien explicadas.
