Add air conditioning to public areas. Fix tiles in the pools, lots of gaps of broken tiles.
Be prepared to spend a lot of money on what should be basic. I. E. 10 euro per night extra for a room with air con. 20 euro to hire a fan but none available when we arrived. We paid the 10 euro per night and moved rooms on day 2 as even with the doors left open there was no air movement. 5 euro per day WiFi. 20 euro hair dryer 20 euro TV 20 euro safe key. Rooms lovely. Well equipped, his n hers sinks in the wet room. Beds comfortable and overall Very clean. drinks reasonable priced. Breakfast buffet very nice.
Classed as 3 star but we felt 2 more appropriate for all the reasons above.
The blue sun beds are old, stained and ripped but they are the best sunbeds we have ever used. No sagging or plastic legs splayiing. Plenty of sunbeds for all areas.
We used the curtesy room to shower as we had a late flight. However, no air con or hairdryer so we were wet and uncomfortable. Quick as we dried after the shower we were wetter than during the shower.

Having read the reviews I was concerned but I needn’t have been! Food is lovely, great selection of meat, fish, beef and pork. Lots of fresh salad and veggies. There is also chips and burgers at each sitting so really do cover all tastes. Breakfast is wonderful, full English or continental and fruits/cereal. White wine on all inclusive is very palatable, cocktails are made out machine but are nice. Local gin is lovely. To secure an umbrella it’s best to be up at pool at 9am when it opens but you can normally get one if you get up later. Good mix of ages, some youngsters who caused us no problem although can be a little noisy when returning back from strip which is close to here. Not far from beach and shops. Hairdryers aren’t in room you have to hire for around 15 euro and a deposit, same with safe and iron. Room was cleaned daily with new towels. Checkout is 12pm but if you see reception at 8am on day if departure you can ask to extend that for the day if room available for 30 euro which was well worth it for us as being collected at 5pm. That said you can leave bags in locked room and book a shower slot. Had a lovely week and staff are great don’t worry about bad reviews as it’s absolutely fine, if you want a very quiet time then not really the hotel or resort but if you don’t mind people enjoying themselves and having a few drinks it’s fine.

We have always visited this place and now it has get new outlook, modern and nice. So why they have to destroy enjoyment with backgroud music that screems so loud that We only wanted to go out. There is nice shops and best cappuccino and cake place In downstairs... But we dont go there second time because of the too loud music everywhere... In the next holiday we will try again.. So please make the volume down!

Serve edible food for a start. If you’re a rat and like eating garbage you would love it here. Also rabbits would enjoy as the only edible food option is salad. The manager is AWFUL so is the security team. The pool was something else. Quite literally was falling apart. We was hoping to swim with dolphins but instead was swimming with broken tiles and dirt. One positive was our room we had an apartment with air con and loved the design. Make sure to be quiet when coming in from a night out. Even though it’s full of young people they expect you to be sober and silent at all times.

After reading the reviews we were worried where we were going! It was absolutely fine, rooms were clean and the food was nice! There were always sun beds around the pool. The staff were absolutely fab! Reception staff very pleasant, restaurant staff were the best, very accommodating and very friendly! There was an older man who worked downstairs we didn’t catch his name, he was lovely and emmanuelle was sooo nice!! Karim in the bar was very friendly too! You got what you pay for going to a budget hotel but we would go there again. Photo was from the first day when we arrived and it was rainy / cloudy. Every other day we were blessed with lovely weather!

If you read this Shopping Mall's reviews, ignore the ones the refer to a hotel, people should really check where they are posting hotel reviews.
This is a Shopping Mall not a Hotel.
It's a small Mall, with an underground car park, which is where the hotel courtesy buses drop you off.
A few shops, a few cafes plus a Mercadona Supermarket.
I found some great Polo Shirts in Lefties & Mrs B bought some tops & Slippers.
Nice little place, but don't expect to much.

This shopping centre is behind the the San Felipe hotel. Although over 2 floors, a number of shops on the first floor are closed. There are a number of men's and ladies fashion shops including Mango and Punta Roma, a toy shop, and others. Downstairs is a large supermarket, dry cleaners and bargain clothes shop, No 1, well worth a visit.
There are clean but basic toilets on the first floor, a cafe on the ground floor and an underground car park.
This shopping centre is close to the Casablanca Apartments.

I really don’t know where to start! A large group of us visited Tenerife for a cheap new year get away! You get what you pay for I know all that but this is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed ever! We upgraded to all inclusive on arrival as we thought it was a good price but after less than 24 hours our whole group got refunded the food is absolutely shocking & again I know you get what you pay for but it was worse than you could imagine small variety to say the least no labels so you need to guess what your eating if you want to eat raw meat or chip buttys all week then you’ll be happy! The best thing we’re fresh baked baguettes they were actually the best I’ve ever had but again who wants to live off that all week! There was a few visits from pest control too while we were there I can only imagine the state of the kitchen! The bar to all inclusive stops at 10.30 pm why I do not know, entertainment if that’s what you want to call it starts at 10pm again why I do not know, the floor area around the pool is a death trap! I’m aware a few people had trips to the hospital with broken bones due to dips cracks and never being cleaned the hotel don’t even own a plaster so I’d take a 1st aid box with you because the hotel doesn’t have one more do they have a accident record book! A child ended up with a badly broken collar bone due to getting out the pool and WALKING to the Sunbed after 40 minuets when the life guard was informed the accident occurred he went to get a carrier bag of ice and left the family to it, I witnessed several people fall due to big puddles being unattended to for days no customer care what so ever pure and utter negligence at its finest! Rooms do not get cleaned bedding don’t get changed I had to literally take a sweeping brush off of the maids trolly and sweep the room myself pure and utter filth should be shut down it is the life of grime and in my opinion I paid way over the price of what I got I wouldn’t let a dog sleep in the place! I never write reviews and always say people nit pick and write pathetic things but seriously it is worse than you can imagine! The Reception staff are by far the worst part of the stay! Rude arrogant and there is no talking to them at all talks and shouts over you clearly not happy in their jobs miserable (swear word) erghh literally fuming thinking about them bar staff amazing friendly polite and service with a smile that’s probably the only decent thing about the hotel thanks for reading stay safe by the pool & take cleaning equipment

This Is a no go area!!!!!!!!! From the moment our party arrived it started, We had been let down at another hotel with the booking (20 of us) So this was the only hotel we could get in, reception not helpful at all just wanted the money, Luckily we sorted 2 nights straight away then we were waiting for more monies to be sorted, so when it was due they just locked us out of our rooms holding us to ransom, we were all inclusive (What a joke) food was rubbish, drinks watered down, so we went out every night costing more expense, Departure day put our bags in a room but said we could not guarantee there safety, Cockroaches in the rooms, 10 room`s broken into wile we were there and the main pool well thats just a joke, it gets the sun for only half a day, There are other pools at the hotel but one you need a map to find it and the other is a kids pool, Now how people can say this is a good hotel is truly beyond me!! I COULD GO ON!!!

we arrived 2 days late due to unforeseen circumstances. We were initially dealt with by young guy with ponytail who seemed okay, he was a bit confused so passed us on to an older guy who couldn't even be bothered to look at us! We were eventually sorted a room out and just told to take lift to 1 floor. Okay..... This we did and found our room. The bed seemed comfy but the pillows were very lumpy and we had to request extra pillows. We went down to breakfast which was fine Quite a good choice, the only problem was the fried eggs ,they don't seem to like you waiting for fresh ones, none of the staff seem to smile, only one young lady and one young man even attempted to be friendly. Then the evening meals were awful. Pork or chicken fillets cooked fresh every night ,they said diced lamb but I swear it was beef or mutton ,too dark for lamb served in some gravy. II am sorry to say I wont be staying here again but I will return to Tenerife as it is a lovely place. Evenings were spent walking down the front then onto the Anchor bar, busy every night and brilliant staff, certainly recommend it
