Need to be able to walk well and some steps are steep. intersting history and foudn a wuie tcorner just to sit and listen to the breeze and watch the dragonfly. We woudl suggest the gardens need updating and some work on them.

To reach the Jardin Aquatice we walked up quite a view steps past a number of waterfalls. It is pleasant to take it slow and admire the views as you go, the water falls have a cooling effect so it is very pleasant. At the top is the Jardin Aquatico, there are tables and chairs sat out on the grass... More

There are many positive reviews of this place so I don't want to repeat them here. The garden is simply spectacular. Also, to me, this privately-run garden is more interesting than the official botanical garden of Puerto de la Cruz, although both are worth visiting.

Goggle maps sent us to the wrong place, we eventually found it. I would suggest a taxi up and walk down. It is near Jardines Taoro. It is in need of a lot of TLC, and appears to be run by two older ladies., I did not see any gardeners or maintenance workers during our visit and the water was... More

We walked to the top of the hill from the town up the steps and passed a beautiful waterfall, stunning views with a good cafe/restaurant at the top. The gardens were very interesting, again with quite a few steps but worth it. Nice little refreshment bar in the main house. Worth a visit.

It is many years since our last visit and the gardens are not in the best shape but the sisters who own the gardens are getting on a bit. We arrived early after a nice walk up from the town passed the waterfalls. You can look around the top level of the gardens for free and you could have a... More

I have been here a few times now, my mother loves this place, it is at the top of Puerto in the Taoro Park area tucked around the corner near the old hotel, it is a beautiful spot to enjoy a lazy afternoon, they offer coffee and cake or a drink from the bar from the house, only place I... More

I come over a bit bloke if I have to visit a small garden. But this place is cool. Not just pretty flowers, and bigger than you might think. There's several pools inhabited by turtles, ducks and fish. And tunnels and bridges and waterfalls and stepping stones and stuff.

This was such a great find - we are so pleased we popped in to ask about how to access in the little cafe at the start of the garden. We had the whole Jardin to ourselves, and it was almost like being a child again, discovering something new around the corner. I can't recall what the entry fee was,... More
