No Limits Mountain Biking Tenerife, well worth booking!
Superb guide, great service, on time pick up, great equipment hire, bike, helmet, pads (absolutely necessary), immense local knowledge!
I rode with a group of 4, we rode 50km from sky to sea, you love technical and are fairly fit then this particular ride is for you!!
As we arrived at the start we stopped for a Barraquito, discussed the ride ahead, packed our gear, safety checks and set off for an intense 4 hours of XC descent! Time to stop at key points for photos and food. We finished shattered and full of life at a beach side bar for post ride banter, olives and cerveza…
Well worth the money, great memories. Thanks Mike!

Tenerife was heat, sunshine, warmth, cold pool, beaches, big waves, pizza, dorada, juicy oranges and tomatoes. It was riding a bike, sunshine glinting through pines, riding along and down dusty, gravelly, rocky trails stopping to admire the view of another island sitting above a sea of cloud then hurtling down til we’re out of the forest and sat drinking coffee. Baraquito coffee. Or we’re down at sea level rolling along a riverbed of smooth, white rock. Or we’re on open scrubland above Los Christianos on fast and loose, twisty, turny, little bit rocky fun. Or I’m grinning happily as we roll over a rockgarden and then screeching to a halt on steep red gravel tumbling over and walking the rest down tight switchbacks way to tech for me. Then there were all the other things. The desert storm sending the Saharan sand over to the Canaries, a gale when the headwind slapped into me so hard it literally blew me backwards up a hill. Mike’s punctuality, the meticulous bike storage in the van,his tour guide encyclopaedic knowledge of all things Tenerifian. He’s a crazy downhill German mountain bike guide who can deliver enduro or cross country - the ride is designed to meet your wishes. Fluent in Spanish,English and German. He is very good at his job. To get the most out of your day being able to do switchbacks is good.

Went on the Colorado Downhill tour. Everything was well prepared, Pick-Up on time, good Fullsuspension-Bikes, great trails.
Mike was a great guide, making sure everybody is comfortable, knows a lot about the area and the island and is happy to share his knowledge.
All in all a great trip, we can definitely recommend to book with Mike, so will we if we get back to tenerife.

Thank you Mike for the amazing experience! I had never been mountain biking before so was a little nervous at first, but Mike made me feel safe whilst still having loads of fun! My partner is a keen mountain biker and he wasn't bored either! Mike is a fantastic guide - not only teaching us the technique, but telling us so much about Tenerife and the Canary Islands. He is so passionate and full of knowledge that it made the day half adventure / half history tour. What was even more special about it was that it was my 30th birthday and he had organised some suprises along the way - so kind and thoughtful of him! He takes pictures of you along the way as well, so no need to worry about that either. When I come back to Tenerife I will definitly be doing another tour with him!

Thanks Mike. I had fantastic tour with you.
It was descent of approx 2000 meters and Mike was a great guide and really helped improve technique.
I will definitely go again next time I visit Tenerife

Mike’s a really great guide. He took me to some incredible terrain to ride. If you’re into downhill / enduro style biking he can show you incredible terrain that you will not forget. Halfway through the second day ride, we bumped into a local ride group and finished the tour with them, in a local bar with some beers. Felt like riding with friends.

The day was very enjoyable. It had a perfect mix of fast flowy singletrack and some rocky dropoffs. A really nice collection of trails including volcanic rock, gravel, pine forest trails and always surrounded with spectacular scenery.
Mike was a total professional. He set the bike up for my weight and then went at a speed and route that suited my ability. He was knowledgeable throughout the tour from the trip up the mountain all the way back to the sea, full of nuggets of information that only a local guide could know. One of the highlights was a lunch stop at a traditional Canarian restaurant for delicious local food.
The photos which Mike took throughout the day paired with the effort he puts in to make the tour memorable made my mind up that I would be back to try another tour in the beautiful Tenerife mountains. The tour was adrenalin filled and I definitely learned a thing or two from Mike's own style of biking.

Had a great few days with Mike (owner/guide). He lives and breathes mountain biking - makes you feel like you're riding with a mate.

I spent 6 days out of the 10 I was in Tenerife with Mike and Bettina and they made my vacation amazing. If you go for MTB, you gonna start with the very nice Colorado ride, a great first ride to get to see how the landscape is and for Mike to see how comfortable you are on your bike.. You wanna more? Then enjoy the Joyride, hard Rock n roll, chasna or... You definitely not gonna get bored.
On top of 5 amazing and extremely well organized MTB tour I had the chance to go for a splendid day of hiking in the Anaga mountain and there again we went off the beaten track sticking very well to the name of the company.. No limits..
To summarize if you look for adventure and fun in Tenerife with Mike you get the perfect guy!

What can I say ! If you're into proper mtb'ing no limits is for you !
They are based in the south of the island and will pick you up unlike other company's who told me that they were an hour away and to sort my own transport!
This isn't some Mickey Mouse operation. Mike and his other half both race downhill so that says it all.
I hired one of their Scott bikes and was expecting the whole "take it easy as it's our bike" carry on but after a quick conversation and understanding that what you break, you fix (which is the same as riding your mates bike) it was a case of ride as hard as you like because there's a good chance you'll still not be able to sit with Mike !!
Unfortunately I was only able to ride the Colorado trail due to family commitments but after dropping down from 2000+ metres I wanted to hit all the other trails !
No limits use this trail as a getting to know you and you getting to know the area process which by the time you've done it, you'll understand why !
The surface is a mix of loose gravel, sand and big stones. There's some serious rock gardens ! You'll be pelting down a trail, the next thing you're dancing over some serious rocks but you're going that hard the only thing to do is lean back take a deep breath, squeeze your cheeks together and aim for the end ! The other rider that was out that day wasn't as stupid as me lol and took things a little slower so one of the team hung back and went at his pace which was great as it meant we both went at our respective "comfortable" speeds so everyone enjoyed their experience, which is unusual as we've all been there, willing someone else to either go harder or slower.
I took my full face lid, knee & shin pads plus my elbow pads. After going for a sail down one of the trails minus the bike 😜 I strongly recommend all the above padding although I still duffed my forearm and ankles leaving me with a few cuts and bruises but otherwise I was grand. When I go again, I think I will invest in forearm guards although some might say go a little slower but where's the fun in that !
Honestly, I could type for hours but I guess I need to leave you some gems to discover for yourself !
Mike and co rock!, I'll be using them again and I can't wait to take my own bike down all the trails to see if I can sit with him 😜!
Get it booked,
