A beautiful park and garden
Sep 2020
This gorgeous park and botanical garfen is a refuge from city life. Large trees give pkenty of cool shade, beautiful statues provide artistic beauty and exotic plants give both beauty and a sense of wonder.
It is a very short walk from LaRambla (peaceful, non commercial, and not at all crowded like Barcelona's) and not far from the waterfront.
Great cafes can be found on adjacent streets.
If need a little footrest, shade and pesce and quiet, don't miss this spoy.

City Park
Sep 2020
This is a fairly standard Spanish City park and makes for a pleasant shady walk on a hot afternoon but is a little out of the centre so unless you have time to kill may not be worth the effort.

Lovely Park in Centre if Capital
Feb 2020 • Friends
Peaceful and beautiful park in middle of Santa Cruz and well worth a visit. We started with a drink at the Cafe next to the flower clock which was impressive. Wandered through park and it has so many different species of plants from all over the world with little plaques in front of the plants explaining where they originate from .
Lovely walk through and very quiet and serene

nice medium sized park with a nice statue/ fountain
Feb 2020
had a wander through this park close to my hotel and on the way to the town centre
there was one nice fountain with multiple water sprays and a big angelic fountain with a statue in the middle which looked very nice, also found a pond with many lily pads and frogs in it making a right good noise
a lovely chilled park that is worth a visit and nice to see the frogs and tadpoles

Beautiful
Feb 2020 • Couples
If you are visiting the city of Santa Cruz and can make some time to visit this little oasis of calm and beauty you will not regret it. After walking up the main shopping route Castillo we made our way over for a stroll through the park, and were very glad we did so, quite a contrast to the business of the city itself. The park is not massive, easy to walk round, but the city could be miles away. The trees and flowers are varied and gorgeous, little ponds, archways and wildlife. There are sculptures and art works both old and modern, some are more traditional and some more edgy and unusual too. The fountain in the centre is impressive and there are other fountains and water features. Really worth a wander round. We finished at the flower clock, which was resplendent with colour. There is a cafe near by the clock if you wanted to stop for a drink or snack, a nice place to pause. Although I would recommend Sweet Paradise, a little cafe just a couple of roads along.

Beautiful park
Jan 2020 • Couples
Visited whilst in Tenerife for a day whilst on a cruise. We had been before and made a beeline for this park as it is so lovely. It is quite a walk from the terminal but well worth it. The park is well laid out and for a Brit to see roses in full bloom in January fab. There are sculptures throughout and hearing the frogs mating call in the ponds a hoot. At the top of the park is a cactus area and an excellent cafe with both outdoor and indoor seating. If visiting on a cruise you really should visit.

Beautiful park
Jan 2020 • Business
The beautiful park makes an impression with its diversity of trees, flower and plants.
Relaxed and calming atmosphere in a busy part of town. Great place to withdraw from everyday life and admire the beauty of nature, yet cultivated. Various bars are located near/in the park.

Little Slice of Heaven in the City Center
Dec 2019
Small but gorgeous. Lots of waterfalls, play areas for kids, statues (modern and traditional), and very lush. Highly recommended.

true description "the lungs of the city"
Jan 2020
we decided to walk around the city to get to understand it better. apart from being a delightful walk, we ended up in the parque Garcia Sanabria which was delightful and I can imagine must be a blissful escape from the heat in summer. Pretty walkways lined with trees and flowers, lots of fun areas for kids to play. Definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful experience in the heart of the city.
Nov 2019
The largest park in the Canary Islands, this park is located about one KM inland from the port. It has 723,700 Sq. Ft to display statues, tropical plants, floral arches, lily ponds, fountains and a Flower clock.

This is an opportunity to explore nature in the heart of the city.
