This is the second time I have fished on the Belduca. The boat is large, spotlessly clean and has a friendly crew which are keen rod and line fishermen. The tackle is all top end. Shimano Large reels for trolling and spinning and smaller multiplyer reels are all quality products. The rods are also first class and match the reels.... More

The Belduca is a lovely boat and is larger than some of the other boats in Puerto Calero. The charter is limited to 7 people which means there is more space for each fisherman, as other boats often load 10 or more people on a charter. The crew were very friendly and efficient, you could have as many free beers... More

The equipment/tackle was first rate,I noticed the crew checking sharpness of the hooks to the strenght of the knots details which have cost me fish on other boats. The first run... More

Only write this to balance the negative review already posted. No doubt the reviewer had a bad experience in bad weather conditions and I am not quibbling with his conclusions. Just to say, though, that my son, his girlfriend and I had a very pleasant morning trip on Belcuca today (9:30 - 2:15). Weather excellent, trolling resulted in zero catch... More

To start this review is for the striker 38 There has been some misconfusion on here about these reviews, people are commenting on here about other boats, the bad review is a totally different boat. We caught all different fish , small tuna, bream and barracudas. We went fishing for marlin as well but they are only really in... More
