This was an amazing trip! Jose was so friendly and knowledgeable about the island and volcanos. He collected me from my apartment and ensured all Covid protections including masks and hand sanitiser were adhered to. He told us about the island and it’s history and knew an impressive amount about the landscape. We arrived at the first stop and he was equipped with water and snacks and showed us on the map where we were going. He gave us a choice of what we wanted to see and we ended the trip with a walk inside a crater. The other guests wanted to visit a museum which he offered to drop them off at on the way back, but it was closed. Cannot recommend highly enough. Brilliant tour guide and a lovely man.

I can totally recommend this tour, it is definitely better than the bus trip to Timanfaya, because you go in a very small group and can touch the plants and earth and feel a more connected experience. The views are breathtaking. Raquel, our guide, explained everything in detail and is a lovely person, 5 stars to her. No questions were left open, she also speaks a lot of languages.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip led by Raquel. Trainers or walking shoes with a good tread definitely essential and when offered a walking stick at the beginning I would say to accept if you are planning to walk up the volcano as it is very slippy (A couple of comical falls)! Would recommend if looking a value for money trip Claire and Jess

This is a stunning walk around a really unusual landscape. The guide is very knowledgable about the areas history. One minor criticism is that there is a lot of stopping and these could be reducing to allow people to get more into the the flow of the walk.
