Nice small museum, worth a visit. We did visit it with two small kids and it was great experience. You will feel Gran Canarian spirit:).

I was unfamiliar with Nestor before my visit. This is an excellent artist with great style. Recommend visiting this Museum while visiting Las Palmas

Nestor was an interesting artist who seemed to prefer painting people without their clothes on. However he had a varied repertoire. Very cheap entry (50 c)

Fairly small gallery devoted to the work of the artist Nestor. The glorious nudes were forbidden material for many years by the then dictator but well worth seeing. Some artwork is of grotesque fishes and animals and some of drawings of the characters in plays.

Housed in a wonderful building set in a parkland setting, the gallery presents Nestor's wealth of work, The poems are a delight in a circular building of distinction.
