Hello, I am very sorry, I haven´t received and read this question till now. I am also sorry I cannot accept babies on tour. The reason is that in my previous experience babies and small kids almost always felt sick and vomited on our twisting roads and on most of the tour we drive them to nearly 2000m of height in the mountains. It was not a good day for the babies, nor their parents and the rest of the participants. Also, the tour is quite long and has its dynamic that I cannot appropriate for the babies or change the plans to fit their needs. I would recommend hiring a car and making your own flexible tour or participating on a shorter excursion that doesn´t rise up so high to the mountains. You could also join the tour you did before, because I changed the program after the large fire in August and there are 4 new visits now - Arucas, Firgas, Moya and Tilos de Moya instead of Tejeda and Roque Nublo. Hello Anne, sorry for the delay. I haven´t received any advice from TA about your request and have seen it now accidentaly. In case of other questions, it would be quicker if you use my email (listed in the property description). As far as I see in Oceana itinerary, it shall be docking in Las Palmas 8:00 - 18:00. Our departure point is only aproximatelly 5 minutes walk from the cruising port. We normally return back to Las Palmas around 17:00. But sometimes if there is a traffic jam on the highway we may be delayed on the way back and Christmass is unpredictable. The latest time we have returned untill now was slightly before 18:00. The tours are in English and Spanish. As far as I understood thanks to the Google Traductor, you are stopping on Gran Canaria during your cruise on 25th September and would like to join the Lazy Wednesday Tour. I have found in the cruising program for Las Palmas only 1 ship on the day 25th September - the cruiser Sirena. I can also see that this ship is leaving Las Palmas at 16:00. So if this is your boat, I am afraid you cannot participate, because the tour finishes around 17:00 or slighly later, if we have a delay. If you´re staying until later please contact me on the indicated email in the company info to discuss the details, it is quicker and I there is only couple of seats disponible at the moment. Hello, unfortunately I cannot admit an infant for the tours. The excursions are rather long and we drive the twisting roads where little kids usually have troubles. I also cannot appropriate the program of the tours to the needs of babies in a group of 20 persons. That is principally why the minimum age is set up for 5 years of age and even with older kids I always contact the parents to be sure they will be fine. I am very sorry for that, Pavel

Hello waichun624, I am very sorry, but the tours are not possible to do on the wheelchair. Apart of being rather long and challenging, many places visited on the tours are not aconditioned for wheelchairs, there are always some stairs or bits of tartar roads to take, not speaking about the hike. Also the bus is small to fit to the narrow roads we drive and not aconditioned for the disabled. I am very sorry but I am afraid it wouldn't be possible for you.
