Nice beach which was quiet but had sun shades and beach showers. Safe for swimming. Black sands, but they all are on La Gomera. rocks to explore and the harbour to visit and can watch boats going in and out from the beach.

We walked along the boardwalk in San Sebasten, unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the beach while we were there. It is quite a beautiful area. If you enjoy watching cruise boats and ferries coming into port, this is certainly the place. Quite busy and...More

Pleasant beach right on the town square and close to all the bars and cafés. Nice to lay out on when clean, however it often gets dirty and littered. It faces the port so no sea views really - also quite loud when the ferries...More

We walked along the pavement which borders the beach. It was winter so not a great time to bathe, however some brave souls were swimming. I spotted a hoopoe searching for food amongst the gritty sand beneath some trees!

A clean and pleasant beach within walking distance of the town. Plenty of natural grass sun umbrellas, board walks across the sand to the water edge. The promenade infant of the beach has plenty of bench seats to sit and watch the world go by.

The little black beach in San Sebastian had few people on it even though the weather was fantastic. Perfect if you want to take the kids down to a peaceful not at all crowed beach for some quality family time.

Best location for wind surfers and sail boards as it is incredibly windy here supposed to be the windiest beach on the islands and hence gets a lot of surfers etc

Near the town you can take a swim on a sand beach - not standard on La Gomera - The amenities are rudimental, but cross the road and you find a park with a kid playing ground. The beach is protected from the waves but...More

We had a 2 hour wait here before we caught our ferry back to Los Cristianos, after staying on the island for 2 nights. It is a lovely unspoilt town , very flat and easy to walk around . Lots of little eating places ....More
