We stopped at Las Penitas Viewpoint after a coffee break in Betancuria during our tour by Pie de Caracol. Fortunately the weather was glorious and the views were stupendous. How welcome to see the very rare sight on the island of some natural greenery, where...More

There is a fair amount of parking at this Mirador, though not as much at the one a little bit further down. Competent driving is a must as this road would be tricky for those with not much experience or confidence, particularly in the sections...More

This viewpoint has plenty of parking so you can get out and see the wonderful view down the valley. From the car park we clambered across the stoney ground to a small hill to get a better vantage point to take photographs. At the car...More

What a viewpoint. Easy parking just off the road on a bend. Worth parking up and take in the views and trying your best to ignore the squirrels and failing.

Really stupendous views. A must-do trip. We found an Avis car rental portal in our hotel lobby and used it to book a car which was delivered to the door 2 hours later for about £30 for the day (5 door VW Polo) and petrol...More
